Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Here at The Horde, we strive to deliver the very best service possible but sometimes mistakes happen, as we may be dragons but we're also humans. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to find a solution that works best for you as well as for the dragons!

Refund Policy - 

We do not offer flat out refunds due to the fact that we are selling new and used books as well as handmade items, but we can offer site credit for our shop or subscriptions at the discretion of the dragons! We will NOT offer credit on purchases containing previously loved books or books in which we stated any known damage. Since all books are in very limited quantities (we almost always only have one copy of each book listed), we cannot always offer a replacement, but we can add you to the notification list just in case the dragons find another copy amongst their stacks. Handmade items are not subject to refunds as they will most likely include minor flaws, a dragon can only dream of perfection!

If you are seeking a refund or credit of any kind for a purchase, please contact us at the email listed below. Please provide a detailed message explaining your reason as well as multiple photos to support the provided reasons. We will present your case for a refund to the dragons and show them the provided evidence. If the evidence does not support your claims or if it simply that you did not read any description accurately then your request will be denied!
